If you have been an attendee at the Computex 2011, you might have come across MSI’s new notebooks in the C-Series. The models, unveiled at the show, come with under the names CX480 and CX640, and feature many an exciting enhancement.
While the CX480 version comes with a 15.6-inch display, the CX640 is comparatively smaller and comes with 14 inches of screen realty. Both the models will come featured with the Intel 2nd generation Core i processors and AMD’s new generation processor platform. They are incorporated with Nvidia’s GeForce GT520M discrete graphics card, providing enhanced high-end graphical performance. But still, these are no substitutes for desktops.
Many improved features have found there way into these two models. These include the Time Stamp feature, which helps users to perform a complete backup. It can also be set to backup data on a regular basis; the feature will perform its task in a mere 10 seconds.
The Restore software enables to restore with just a single push of a button. Other specifications include USB 3.0 and Bluetooth 3.0 connectivity, enabling transfer of data at a fast pace.
Well, no pricing details are out yet. Stay tuned for more updates regarding the same. We expect the C Series notebooks to come at an affordable price. If so, then it would definitely be a nice pick with better specs and moderate price tags.
