We know you have all been waiting to lay your hands on the amazingly good Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc as soon as it comes. The good news is that the smart handset is already on its way and will reach you this March 21st. Happy? We guess you are smiling already!
The Sony Ericsson handset will hit UK sales on that date. The device will be yours to pick in shades of black and silver. Most of the carriers in the UK are set to get the device – or that is what folks at Pocket-Lint learn from Mobiles.co.uk. Stocks are said to be getting ready for sale starting March 21 at the UK retailer.
The Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc will be available on carriers such as Three, O2, Orange, T-Mobile and Vodafone. Pricing could be this way around: £29.99 for the phone and a £25 a month contract for 2 years on offer. We know you are ready to part with that money after all that wait.
The device, show at the MWC 2011 in Barcelona comes with an 8.7mm thickness and a large 4.2-inch LCD Touchscreen. To add to the charm the maker has thrown in Android Gingerbread OS and the Sony Mobile Bravia Engine.
These apart, the other specs include 480 x 854 pixels screen resolution, 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon Processor, 8 megapixel rear camera with autofocus and LED Flash, 512 MB of RAM, touch focus, image stabilization, geo-tagging, face and smile detection, 3G capability and an 8GB memory card expandable up to 32 GB.
