A few days back, we told you about the 1st day box-office collections report of “Jai Ho”, which managed to collect around 40 crores on the opening day itself. According to recent news, the Salman Khan starrer has collected Rs 60.68 crores nett within three days of its release.

‘Jai Ho’ total worldwide box office collections report “Jai Ho” three days business is on the lower side when compared to Salman’s previous releases like “Dabangg 2”, “Ek Tha Tiger”, and “Bodyguard.

Accordingly, comparing its modest success with recent hits like “Krrish 3”, “Dhoom 3”, and “Chennai Express”, would be nothing but sheer exaggeration.

With its release on January 24, the movie expected to gather tremendous response from Salman Khan’s fans; however, contrary to expectations, “Jai Ho” seems crawling slowly but steadily.

Taking the ground off of its producer, director and crew members, the movie could not achieve full occupancy in around 4500 screens across the country. As the entertainment website reports it, “Jai Ho” collected Rs 17.75 crore on Friday, Rs 16.68 crore on Saturday and Rs 26.25 crore on Sunday.

On the 4th day, Monday, the movie collected only Rs 9.75 crores.

Great music, action, romance, storyline, and the X-factor Salman Khan, you definitely cannot ask for more. A remake of Telugu blockbuster “Stalin”, “Jai Ho” had everything required of a would-be-a-hit movie.

Despite an impressive star cast, which includes the likes of Tabu, Mahesh Manjrekar, Sana Khan, seasoned director, i.e. Salman’s brother Sohail Khan lacked something when it came to promote the movie.

Even though the movie centers around a common man fighting for others, Indian moviegoers somehow didn’t convert their appreciation into decent collections.
