‘Jilla’, ‘Veeram’ and ’1 Nenokkadine’ review, release date and trailer

This Pongal/Sankranti is going to be really big for the movie fans in South India as four of the biggest movies are to be released in the coming week. Jilla, Veeram and 1 Nenokkadine review, release date and trailer

Four movies that are to be released on January 10, 2014 include Ajith’s Tamil movie “Veeram”, Vijay’s Tamil film “Jilla”, Mahesh Babu’s Telugu movie “1 Nenokkadine”.

Ram Charan’s much delayed and awaited Telugu film “Yevadu” is scheduled to be released on January 12, 2013.

The massive release of four big movies during Pongal/Sankranti festival period will be highlighted by the presence of lead actors who enjoy massive popularity in not only India but also the world over.

All the movies are to hit big on the box office from the day first of their releases but their clash with each other might also influence their box office collections considerably.

“Veeram”  

Ajith, who is teaming up with director Siva for the first time, is doing a rural film after a long time and will appear in Dhoti with its trademark salt and pepper look. The movie will be an action packed massive entertainer and the story revolves around Ajith and his five brothers.

“Jilla”

Vijay’s “Jilla” is also set in a rural backdrop and is an action entertainer, which is creating a buzz not only in Tamil Nadu but also in Kerala for the reason Malayalam superstar Mohanlal is paying crucial role in the movie.

“1 Nenokkadine”

Directed by Sukumar, Telugu film “1 Nenokkadine” is a stylish action thriller with lots of hair rising stunts.

Having newcomer Kriti Sanon as the female lead, the Telugu film also stars Nassar, Pradeep Rawat, Anu Hasan, Kelly Dorji and Posani Krishna Murali.

“Yevadu”

Directed by Vamshi Paidipally, Telugu film “Yevadu” by Ram Charan that has Shruti Haasan and Amy Jackson appearing as female leads is confirmed for a Sankranti release.

The film is a masala entertainer with lots of action and romance, heroism, punch dialogues and comedy.
