India vs South Africa 2nd Test live score:
While pitch curators expect the bowling surface to provide some sort of assistance to pacers, however, we cannot deny the fact that Kingsmead pitch had never been faster than the one at Wanderers, Jo’burg.
Ten Cricket TV channel will be live telecasting the series live for viewers in India, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka Bhutan or any other Asian country.
Viwers in Australia can watch the match live telecast on Fox Sports 2 HD (Channel 502). In the United Kingdom there will be Sky Sports 2. Middle East – OSN, South Africa – SuperSport HD 2, USA – Willow TV, Caribbean – Sports Max, New Zealand – Sky Sports and OSN Network in the UAE.
In fact, it might prove to be spinners’ paradise as the pitch may take turn on the fourth and fifth day of the second test match. Moreover, we cannot sideline the possibilities of mild showers to heavy rainfall on the final two days. The weather and demographics would sure benefit the side batting first.
Well, South Africa will not need to replace Morne Morkel with either Kyle Abbott or Rory Kleinveldt since Morkel has recovered well from his ankle sprain. However, Robin Peterson may replace Imran Tahir who proved quite unimpressive in the first test.
On the other hand, India does not actually need to make any changes to its batting lineup. Nevertheless, since MS Dhoni is quite famous for surprising all with his tactics, he may include Ravindra Jadeja to strengthen batting and bowling department.
It would be a big and tough task for both the teams to deliver similar performance as they did in Johannesburg. While South Africa would love to bid adieu to its legendary batsmen Jacques Kallis with a series win, India would also like to end the tour with a much-needed win to attest their competitiveness.
