R… Rajkumar movie review and box office collections report

Anything worth doing is not always worth overdoing. We cannot help but emphasize on a simply erroneous overexertion of masculinity, violence and ‘petty, insensible action sequences’ projected by “R… Rajkumar”, which collectively contribute to make it one of the worst movies of 2013.

Prabhu Deva, the director of the movie, tried to offer a masala flick, which failed considerably to garner the expected response. Moreover, Shahid Kapoor trying to recreate the magic that Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar successfully did in “Wanted” and “Rowdy Rathore” looks anything but impressive.

Full of unpleasant surprises, “R… Rajkumar” forces audiences to walk out of the cinema halls for so many reasons. The movie fails to fulfill even the minimum requirement expected from a masala flick. Check the Twitter review here.

Moviegoers feel ditched and bamboozled with thoughtless action that lacks sense, projection and effect. Sexual violence, stalking, vulgar dialogues and flawed masculinity are some of the features that force filmgoers to regret their decision to take their time out from their schedules and watch this movie.

Sonakshi Sinha does nothing better than being a submissive central character. Even though Shahid Kapoor and Sonu Sood did ample justice to their roles, a pathetic plot and equally pathetic direction foil their attempt to excel.

‘R..Rajkumar’ 1st day box-office collections is Rs 9.5 crores.

The love-lust triangle fails to unfold before our eyes because of poor direction and forced comic sequences.  The caricature sort of characters annoy you to an extent that you will feel like banging your head in frustration halfway through the movie.

Well, to conclude, “R… Rajkumar” is simply an idiotic, moronic, laugh-free and senseless movie.

This might be the first movie in the history of Indian cinemas that has been declared a flop on its day of release! The box-office colletions is not going to be indifferent. Stay tuned for the 1st days collection report here.
