Motorola Quench XT3 Android-based Smartphone in India for Rs 12,990

Motorola has announced the launch of its highly striking Quench XT3 smartphone in India. The device, which comes with a covetable blend of power, usability and style, is now available in India at an attractive Best Buy price of Rs. 12,990, while its MRP reads at Rs. 14,990.

The Quench XT3, which runs Android 1.6, comes equipped with a 3.2 megapixel camera with digital zoom and LED flash. The device has a 3.2-inch capacitive display bearing an HVGA resolution (480 x 320 pixels), a 600 MHz Qualcomm processor and 256MB of RAM.

A 1270 mAh battery should power the device with 500 minutes of talk-time and 480 hours stand-by. The device, which is just 12.5mm thin and weighs 114 grams, also features Pinch-and-zoom, 3.5G speed and WiFi connectivity to help you surf the web effortlessly and ensure that you are always connected with friends and family.

The device will also provide support for a vast range of Google services, and will give you access to more than 100,000 applications and widgets on Android Market.
