Pakistan have advantage over the West Indies in this match because they have arrived in England a month ago and have also played four ODI’s against. Two each against Ireland and Scotland.

The match is expected to be of high intensity as a defeat will push the team far for them to qualify for the semi-finals. The team winning the toss might field first to take advantage of the early morning climate.

This is the first ODI at the Oval in 10 months. Under sunny conditions the batsman are expected to get some assistance and a big scoring game is expected.
