Making notebooks for the masses comes easily to Acer. The company has proved that time and again. If you have missed out on the earlier occasions or do want to go for an upgrade, Acer has now brought to the fore yet another device, and is calling it the Aspire V5 -122.

The display of the new notebook is that large as you would want it to be. However, it’s worth the money you would be spending on this one.

The Acer Aspire V5-122 runs on Windows 8 OS and is powered by AMD Temash. In case you didn’t know, the Temash processor is apt for all your basic needs with the Aspire V5-122.

The small 11.6 inches display at 1366 x 768 resolution is touch-enabled. Other features include a Radeon HD 8280 graphics chipset, 2GB RAM and a 500GB hard drive.

On the connectivity front, WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity, VGA, HDMI, USB 3.0, and gigabit Ethernet do the needful. The device weighs around 3.3 pounds along with the 3-cell battery placed under the bonnet.

For an asking price of $450, this touchscreen-enabled, AMD Temash-powered notebook is of course a good buy. Are you on your way to own this one?
