Audi R8 Super Car Rolled Out in India with 5.2L V10 Engine

Audi’s new supercar, christened R8, has been rolled out in India with the promise of  exemplary efficiency with regard to speed and superior handling capabilities. Powered by an extra powerful 5.2L V10 engine, the car’s superior handling ability comes thanks to the company’s own quattro system.

The R8 V10 engine deploys a 5.2-litre Lamborghini-sourced V10 engine, which returns 518bhp and 54.1kgm of torque.  The Audi R8 has ability to race from 0-100 kph in just 4.1 seconds, with a top speed of 317kph.

The R8 that was sometime back this year, awarded the world performance car of the year award has been offered for a price of  Rs 1.23 crore. The pricing seems to be tempting as it comes much less than what competitor Porsche has been selling its 911 turbo in India.
