It is definitely cheerful news to the Apple freaks that the company is going to launch the new 15-inch MacBook Pro with an ultra-thin design. Meanwhile, by mid-April, Acer’s ultra slim models are estimated to enjoy the benefits of around 600,000 units-a-month shipment volume.

Apart from Acer, other companies like Asus, Lenovo, and Hewlett-Packard also are readying their ultraslim notebook models. These devices are said to come with a thickness little more than the ultrabooks but less than traditional notebooks.
